State Street Retreat

The apt is very comfortable and clean. Great location!

Christie’s communications, directions and descriptions were spot on. This little place is charming and couldn’t be in a more handy place. Everything was within a short walk. The area is loaded with restaurants, shopping and the riverfront is just a few blocks away. We drive a full size pickup and had concerns about parking. The parking garage is a block away and was no problem. We would definitely love to stay here again. We stayed early in the week and did not experience any noise levels from late night. The construction across the street was also not a problem for us. Savannah was very dog friendly and this apartment was very clean and odor free. It was nice having a dehumidifier, we just turned it off at night because it was a bit noisy. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Savannah. Ideal location, walking distance from all the touristy destinations. Square across the street, CVS around the corner, and decent food/drinks on the block. Apartment itself is large, clean, and well furnished. Building is also clean and felt very safe. Comfortable couch, firm bed, bed, fast wifi. Communication was good...checkin was flexible and they made it super easy to retrieve a few items we left behind.<br/>As of Sept 2026 there is major construction across the street so the living room is loud during the afternoon, but you can't hear it in the bedroom. The A/C in the bedroom can be a bit loud for light sleepers, but at least there's absolutely no street noise there.
