Our Story

It Started With a Duplex Near Forsyth Park

Patrick bought his first historic home in Savannah in 2002, a duplex near Forsyth Park, and kept a long-term tenant in the downstairs unit for years. In 2013 he decided to give short-term rentals a try. He and his wife Christie had just bought their first home together, a historic house on Henry Street, and after months of renovations they moved out of the duplex and rented both of its units short term. Several successful years later they moved again and made Henry Street a short-term rental as well.

Built on Detail and Trust

Word spread. Friends and colleagues from Patrick and Christie's real estate careers began asking whether Patrick would manage their properties too, and through referrals and word of mouth the company has grown ever since. Patrick still lays eyes on every property before and after guests. That attention to detail is what built the reputation.
